Orders are filled by a retailer rather than by Kreinik directly. 

Create an account at the "Sign In/Sign Up" link on the top right area of this home page and select a retailer from our list. Your chosen vendor will ship the Kreinik items to you. Please note: most orders are shipped within one to two weeks. If they don't have the item in stock, however, it may take additional time to get your order to you.
