Elastic

Super-soft elastic of a poly/nylon blend (no latex). Has a 3 to 1 stretch so you don't have to use a lot if you're making masks, for instance. Made in the Kreinik factory in West Virginia. Each cone contains 50 yards. Available in several widths and in black or white.
