These 3 3/4" embroidery scissors feature the Ring Lock® System, the innovative assembly system for scissors and cutting tools developed and patented by Premax, which eliminates forever the problem of screw loosening and the consequent bad scissors action.  X303S serrated scissor is made of Matte Chrome Carbon Steel.

Kreinik also offers these scissors with serrated blades that are ideal for using with Metallic threads.
