High demand for product combined with supply, production, and staffing ramifications of the pandemic means that it is taking longer than normal to get your Kreinik orders. IN MOST CASES, IT IS TAKING UP TO 10 WEEKS TO FILL ORDERS We make our threads, and also rely on outside sources for things like packaging and raw materials. Every step of the manufacturing process has been affected by the pandemic, even shipping has seen incredible delays. We apologize for the frustration and inconvenience, and are doing everything we can to improve the situation.  

To speed up production of the most in-demand colors, we are only making the top 60 to 80 colors in Kreinik #4, #8, and #12 Braid lines. The colors in production can be found on those individual thread pages on our website. This is a temporary situation; we will go back to producing 200+ colors per Braid size when we are able. 

We cannot do rush orders at this time.

ABOUT ORDERING ONLINE

Kreinik does not sell direct to the public, so all orders received on this website will have payment collected and fulfillment by independent retailers. Their stock may vary, so it could be that they need to get product from Kreinik to fulfill your order. We apologize for any inconvenience. Both the store and Kreinik will work hard to get the product to you as soon as possible.
