Beaded Toile Tote Bag

Beaded Toile Tote Bag

Materials needed:
• purchased tote bag
• 4" x 6" photo (we used a yellow daisy picture taken at a lake lodge lastsummer)
• two 4" x 6" red liner Treasure Tape™ sheets
• Diamond Beadlets®
• Kreinik #12 Braid in colors to match your photo (we used 091 Star Yellowand 015 Chartreuse Green)
• shallow pan or tray

Instructions:
1. Remove white liner from one 4" x 6" Treasure Tape sheet and place on topof your photo. Peel back the red liner to expose the top sticky area.
2. Begin thread embellishment by laying colors of #12 Braid in various placeson your photo. For example, outline the flower petals with the yellow braid,and follow the stem lines with the green braid. Press the thread with yourfinger to make sure it adheres to the tape. Decorate to your heart's content.The more embellishment, the better.
3. When thread decorating is complete, lay the photo in your shallow trayand cover remaining sticky areas with the Diamond Beadlets.
4. Attach the other 4" x 6" sheet of Treasure Tape to the back of your photo.Remove the liner to expose the sticky part, and attach the embellished phototo your tote bag in the desired position.

High demand for product combined with supply, production, and staffing ramifications of the pandemic means that it is taking longer than normal to get your Kreinik orders. IN MOST CASES, IT IS TAKING UP TO 10 WEEKS TO FILL ORDERS We make our threads, and also rely on outside sources for things like packaging and raw materials. Every step of the manufacturing process has been affected by the pandemic, even shipping has seen incredible delays. We apologize for the frustration and inconvenience, and are doing everything we can to improve the situation.

To speed up production of the most in-demand colors, we are only making the top 60 to 80 colors in Kreinik #4, #8, and #12 Braid lines. The colors in production can be found on those individual thread pages on our website. This is a temporary situation; we will go back to producing 200+ colors per Braid size when we are able.

We cannot do rush orders at this time.

Kreinik does not sell direct to the public, so all orders received on this website will have payment collected and fulfillment by independent retailers.
