Red, orange, and yellow leaves are so beautiful, almost breathtaking, in the fall. Capture them on camera, and then make a scrapbook page to commemorate your favorite tree or view this year.

A cropper in Pennsylvania, Barb Ward, put this page together using photos of last autumn. She used Kreinik 1/8” Ribbon in 152V Vintage Sienna and 015HL Chartreuse Hi Lustre, gently twisted, as page embellishments to frame her photos. The light shimmer of the autumn-colored metallic threads creates the light play you see this time of year and adds visual interest on your page.

Knot the ends of the Ribbon colors together then gently twist. Tape the ends on the back. A sage green paper backdrop offers a muted, yet natural look. Barb used a Zig calligraphy marker to add the date in the center of the page.

High demand for product combined with supply, production, and staffing ramifications of the pandemic means that it is taking longer than normal to get your Kreinik orders. IN MOST CASES, IT IS TAKING UP TO 10 WEEKS TO FILL ORDERS We make our threads, and also rely on outside sources for things like packaging and raw materials. Every step of the manufacturing process has been affected by the pandemic, even shipping has seen incredible delays. We apologize for the frustration and inconvenience, and are doing everything we can to improve the situation.

To speed up production of the most in-demand colors, we are only making the top 60 to 80 colors in Kreinik #4, #8, and #12 Braid lines. The colors in production can be found on those individual thread pages on our website. This is a temporary situation; we will go back to producing 200+ colors per Braid size when we are able.

We cannot do rush orders at this time.

Kreinik does not sell direct to the public, so all orders received on this website will have payment collected and fulfillment by independent retailers. Their stock may vary, so it could be that they need to get product from Kreinik to fulfill your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
