Tomato Vine Sampler

Here's a quick-to-stitch design to decorate your home this gardening season. The new "gourmet" metallic colors are subtle metallics, but "wet" enough to give these tomatoes a juicy look. |
Materials needed:
- 14- or 16-count Aida in a creme or white color, or a wide Aida ribbon-band
- Kreinik Very Fine #4 Braid in colors listed in color key
- #24 Tapestry needle
Instructions:
- Cross stitch this design centered on your fabric, using one strand of Braid according to Very Fine #4 Braid color key. Backstitch the words with one strand of Nutmeg Braid. Backstitch the leaves on the tomatoes with one strand of Oregano Braid.
- Finishing suggestions: Frame this design for a kitchen decoration, or trim the fabric and applique the stitched design onto a kitchen towel.
