Materials needed:

• Kreinik Silk Mori® in the colors listed in the color key
• 28-count cream or natural linen
• #24 Tapestry needle 

Instructions:

• Cross stitch this design over two threads with two strands of Silk Mori according to the color key (each square on the chart equals two fabric threads).
• Backstitch with one strand of Mori 6086 (grapes).
• Blends use one strand of each color. - The top “ABCD” letters are made with Algerian eyelets using one strand of Mori.
• French knots are made with two strands of Mori 4167.
• Stitch your initials in the area below the left crown, using the colors indicated by the lines (do not stitch the lines, they are for placement and color only).
• Stitch the year you made this design beneath the lower right crown.
• Satin stitch the area below ABCD, within the lines (but do not stitch the lines, they are for placement only), with two strands of Mori 7012.
