Retreat at Stitcher's Hideaway

Sue Donnelly from Stitcher’s Hideaway in Storrs, CT was kind enough to send us some photos of a stitching retreat. This is what she had to say:

“I wanted to let you know that the ornament using the donated Kreinik threads was a big hit!  ornamentsThey loved it and were very excited over the beautiful colors, and appreciative of the donation. Before the retreat I let the shop owner know about this freebie because I had the feeling she ought to have plenty of Kreinik on hand, along with the Mill Hill perforated paper. bev and pam

(I invite shop owners to come to my retreats and sell -- this time it was Chris's Collection in Massachusetts.)  Chris brought in the supplies and sure enough, she was selling them like crazy. One stitcher alone bought 16 skeins of the metallics!  The ornaments stitch up pretty fast and you can change colors on them easily.”
