- Ranch Steak Roll

- One of my best friend's shares
a delicious recipe she discovered. She flavored the dish with her
own special touch.
Great for a evening with friends!

- Ingredients:
- 4 oz. Beef cut up into thin strips
- 2 tsp. Ranch Dressing
- 8" Tortilla
- 3 Tbsp. Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Finely Diced Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Finely Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Large Lettuce Leaf
Method:
- Preheat Skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook for 2 minutes, then turn
over and cook for 2 additional minutes.
- When fully cooked, sprinkle on the dressing
and toss gently.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Place the tortilla on a plate and spread with
cream cheese.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the tortilla.
- Top with the ranch-seasoned beef and roll up
the tortilla tightly.
- Chill the Ranch Steak Roll for an hour before
serving.
