Materials needed: • Kreinik Silk Mori (2.5m skeins) in: 1094, 4204, 6127, 7086 • Kreinik Silk Serica in: 1096, 6127 • Kreinik Very Fine (#4) Braid 092 • 28-ct Country French Creme Linen (Wichelt) or your favorite fabric • #22 and #24 Tapestry needles Instructions: Download the PDF for the chart and color key. Cross stitch and backstitch over two fabric threads with the number of strands indicated on the chart. Metallic braid and Silk Serica are used straight from the spool; do not separate into plies. • Words: Cross stitches and diagonal Satin Stitches are 1 strand of 1094 Mori together with 1 strand #4 Braid 092 • Vine and leaves: 4204 Mori (2 strands)—see Leaf Stitch • Flower petals: 6127 Serica in satin or straight stitch • Hearts: 1096 Serica in Satin Stitch |
