Materials needed:
- 3” x 5” plain white index card or white cardstock (Staples)
- 3” x 2 ½” white index card or cardstock (Staples)
- Kreinik Iron-on 1/8" Ribbon in 6130 red for hearts, and 6020 Silver for stars (www.kreinik.com)
- Kreinik Teflon Press Cloth (www.kreinik.com)
- Punches: approximately 1/4" and 1/2" star and heart punches
- Ruler
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Mini iron or household iron
- Ironing surface
Instructions:
- Turn your iron onto the highest heat setting and let it heat thoroughly.
- Fold 3” x 5” card in half to make a gift card. On one card half, punch out random hearts or stars.
- Place 3” x 2 1/2” cardstock inside gift card and trace inside punched-out shapes with pencil. Remove cardstock from gift card.
- Place cardstock on ironing surface. With press cloth over threads, iron threads to cover penciled shapes. With thread side up, adhere cardstock behind punched-out shapes.
