Freshwater Fish
Designed By Mike Vickery
Kreinik metallic braids make these
fish look wet and shimmery—as beautiful and natural as real fish under water.
Whenever you stitch a nature design, consider adding a metallic thread to
recreate in stitchery what is naturally light-reflective in real life. These
fish, if stitched only in cotton, would be flat and un-dimensional. The
metallics are subtle yet bring the stitchery to life.
Cross stitch this design centered on
your fabric. Use one strand of Kreinik Braid or two strands of cotton embroidery
floss according to the color key.
