Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping Information:
Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping charges applied to each order only apply to orders shipped within the United States. Express/Rush delivery may be available upon request. Email eline@kreinik.com or telephone toll-free 1-800-311-8061 between 8:30 am - 5 pm (E.S.T), Monday-Friday for more details.

International Shipping:
We can ship most items worldwide. Shipping & handling charges will vary when shipping internationally. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. For shipping & handling fees and estimated delivery date Email eline@kreinik.com or telephone 1-304-422-8900 between 8:30 am - 5 pm (E.S.T), Monday-Friday.

Kreinik Returns Policy
 

Our Commitment:

Since 1972, Kreinik Manufacturing Co., Inc has always been proud of our selection of products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we want to know about it.

The following is a list of our policies. If changes occur, we will announce the new policies online. Please check the return policies whenever you place an order.

For any unused product, pending inspection, we will gladly provide a merchandise return or exchange within 15 days of receipt. Please telephone customer service (1-800-311-8061 or 1-800-537-2166) when you receive products you no longer want to keep. You will be asked to complete the packaged insert to select reason codes for return.

Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement.  To make a return by mail just complete the Return form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return, complete the return form, and send us the merchandise. Kreinik will reimburse the cost of shipping for incorrect shipments or defective product only.


The following policies apply to all returns:

bulletReturns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded for the original cost.
bulletReturns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt in the form of a merchandise credit.
bulletReturns without the original purchase receipt, including gift returns, will be exchanged or refunded at the selling price in the form of a merchandise credit.
bulletReturns for personal care or health care products are accepted only for unopened packages.

We will process your return and follow your instructions. You may use the US Post Office to ship the merchandise back to us. We recommend that you ship the merchandise with a carrier that provides a tracking number or use insured mail.

If you do not have the original invoice, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes the following information:

Name
Address
Telephone Number
Order Number
Item Description / Name
Reason for Return
Action to be taken upon return

Merchandise that cannot be returned:

Items after 15 days after receipt
All Personal Care or Health Care products that are opened and/or used cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
Partially used merchandise


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES


From outside the US

Please ship your return or exchange via surface or airmail. We're sorry... we cannot accept returns shipped via FedEx or UPS from a non-US address. If you request an exchange, YOU will pay shipping and handling charges for the item we ship you. If we made an error in shipping products, or if the product is defective, WE will pay shipping and handling charges. Please be aware that your country may levy import customs and duties on any item we ship to you. You will be responsible for these costs.
