Make washable embellishments
with Kreinik’s Treasure Tape

Decorate the tape with beads, buttons, ribbons, metallic or glow-in-the-dark threads to match your theme. Peel off the red backing, and adhere to any clothing, costume, mask, shoe or accessory.

Then turn up the heat, literally, on this double-sided tape to make it a washable appliqué. Simply cover your embellished area with a press cloth and press with a hot iron to make the decorations permanent.

Once you adhere the appliqué to your garment, there are several washing options you can choose. First turn the garment inside out to protect your design. You can then hand wash it using cold water or use your washing machine’s gentle cycle and cold water. Hang dry or machine dry on low.

You can also dry clean your garment using the “Green” dry cleaning process. This process uses Carbon Dioxide instead of traditional chemicals and is more gentle on your clothing.
